Achileas Mavrochalividis
Achileas is the current Farm Manager at the Sporos Farm. He comes from Kavala and has experience in beekeeping and olive harvesting, with a deep understanding of agricultural cycles and the practical care of the land.
At Sporos, he coordinates the daily operations of the farm, supports volunteers and teams and ensures that activities are carried out safely and with respect for both the natural environment and the people involved. His approach to management is based on collaboration and hands-on guidance.
He has a strong passion for fishing and for passing on practical skills. He enjoys sharing knowledge that connects traditional know-how with contemporary sustainable practice. For Achileas, the farm is a living space of work, learning, and care for the land and for the people who work on it.
